STOMP is an flexible program that takes a comprehensive approach to reducing youth substance use (including smoking, vaping, cannabis, and alcohol) by directly addressing the student population’s specific characteristics, norms, and needs. Students in grades 7-12 collaborate with peers, school staff, and community leaders to build a grassroots strategy for lowering substance use within their school community.
